The Database / Web Developer will support USFF by providing technical support for requirements analysis, data analysis, software development, programming, systems testing, implementation, quality assurance, configuration management and backup / recovery support. This includes analyzing information requirements and performing system oversight and administration; developing reports to support management needs; developing and implementing user interface menus to support; and generating ad-hoc reports.
Duty Location: This position requires presence onsite with the client at the Naval Support Activity (NSA) Norfolk, VA.

These products are often sophisticated systems that run on the web. The systems engineer is responsible to integrate various network operating systems, application programs and hardware devices.
Duties of a systems engineer typically include managing the development cycle associated with producing a resilient software, hardware and web application, including: specification, design, coding, testing and maintenance.
